Shipping policy
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.
Please Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email or phone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier-related issues or peak holiday seasons.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Baija.co.uk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).
5. Damages and Lost Packages
In the event that your order arrives damaged, you must inform us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You can also reach out to our team at help@koan.is with photos of the damaged packaging, and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue with the carrier.
